Leider wird eine Abhilfe nicht genannt. Wenn es von einer bestimmten Webseite kommt : ignorieren,  sonst ev. Browserdaten löschen bzw.  Browser-Cleanup.

Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, den ganzen Update-Dienst zu deaktivieren.  Dann bekommt man allerdings gar keine Updates mehr –  nich empfehlenswert. 

Oder man bleibt bei Windows 7…..  noch.
